Susan and Ginio Ferrari moved to Lancashire in 1984 to open their first and highly acclaimed restaurant - Ferrari's of Great Eccleston. Eleven years later, they opened Ferrari's Country House Hotel in Thornley, Longridge, near the city of Preston. Together with their children, Luisa, Annamaria, Suzy and Tino, they offer a superb family welcome to their latest establishment - Ferrari's Country House.
